Series 03.

Beginning in 1913, Wilson started in a meatpacking warehouse, repurposing animal byproducts to create violin strings and surgical sutures. The biggest breakthrough Wilson had was creating tennis strings from cow gut. The collagen fibers allowed the tennis strings to have immense tensile strength. By 1916, the upward trajectory of Wilson was clear, and the company had rebranded to cater to the world of sports. In 1949, the Jack Kramer racket was dominating the courts, boosting Wilson in the tennis world. In 1983, Wilson launched the Pro Staff.
